The chrome wheels are about 5-6 years old, they have only been washed over the years and look very bad, pitted, dirty, etc....someone told me to use 50/50 of water /muratic acid. Are there any products that will help with this?

Bought the Vette in April 2010 (3 miles), for the past 6 months having been reading the forum taking a class at Autogeek and just learning all I can about the car and taking care of the car. WOW, but after all of this time, I got the vette to this point (1,100 miles), see pics, and loving life...

Everyone, thanks for the info, really does not seem as if there is one or tow favorites out there. My Chrome Wheels are brand new and just want to keep them the best and easiest way possible. Thanks for the input

Have tried a copy of differnt chrome wheel cleaners, Maguirs and Black Magic, not unhappy but looking for the best with the ease of use. Any reccomendations would be appreciated Feed back please

ok, thanks...so if i hose off then wipe dry (sorry, did not want to use the blower this late)....wash in the morning then use my spray wax, is this a good method?
