I've never seen it for sale locally around me(St. Louis, MO). I've seen M205 and M105 at Harbor Freight but don't think I've seen much else in terms of compounds/polishes besides the typical Turtle Wax and Ultimate Megs lines.

Very weird. I have no problems with that happening at all. You should give their customer service line a call and see if that's happened with other ones. I was worried about the same thing initially but after trying the large orbit with the larger BP everything worked great both corded and not.

Something is off there. I am finding that 12mm throw with the 2'' pads almost refuses to stop spinning for me. Do you still have the shroud on?

Ah, the great PNS. ;) I do love this product. Doesn't have the slick feel that so many people like but its water sheeting/beading properties are fantastic.

Agreed on coatings as far as the best options for protection. If you don't want to go that route or you enjoy waxing, I'd recommend FK1000p. I've done cars that never get maintained and I come back and can easily wash bugs/bird bombs off of them with no etching to speak of.

Sounds like Setec heard something at the Detailers Domain event this past weekend. Just hoping AGO preorders are not among those that won't go out in the later waves.
