What is the 'best' wash mitt?

And just to inform everybody - I got the chance to use a sea sponge, and an ulti-mitt. I find that I like the MF dreadlock style better, just personal preference. I guess it is down to: the cobra MF dreadlock mitt, or the Carrand MF mitt. Can anybody comment on their quality / durability?

    Megs GC vs NXT shampoo

I have also heard that nxt will strip cars of their carnauba wax protection -- have you found this to be that case at all?

What is the 'best' wash mitt?

Honestly, no. Its just a feeling that I cant shake. I'm sure it just because I haven't seen one / felt one in person. And I am hesitant to order it online just because of the extra shipping costs for something that I may or may not like.

    Megs GC vs NXT shampoo

Ok, this has been nagging at my mind all day, and I cannot seem to find the answer. What is the difference between Gold Class Shampoo, and NXT Shampoo? What would be better to use in one application? In another? I read that the NXT has water softeners in it, do these make any difference?

What is the 'best' wash mitt?

That's what my gut feeling said too. When I read the description where it says that the dirt will slide into the cubes... I thought it was one of the 'sounds better in theory than it does in practice' type of things.

What is the 'best' wash mitt?

After seeing all the comments, and further reading up on wash mitts... I have narrowed it down to the Cobra Blue Micro-Chenille Wash Mitt: Microfiber Wash Mitt, car wash, shampoo mitt, the Carrand Microfiber MAX Total Clean All Over Wash Mitt, car wash mitt, shampoo mitt, bug scrub mitt, dust...

What is the 'best' wash mitt?

I read through it already. I didn't find it very helpful, as it seems like all the mitts are on pretty even ground. I am more looking more for peoples personal experiences with a given mitt. Thanks anyway :xyxthumbs:

What is the 'best' wash mitt?

I am looking for a good wash mitt for my cars. They are a 2008 highlander hybrid, silver // 2002 jeep wrangler, silver // 2010 jeep wrangler 4 door sport, black. None of these are show cars or garage queens, they are daily drivers(and as such, they wont have a show car finish, but I would like...

    Best MF cleaner?

As you may or may not know, I am in the market for some quality microfiber cleaner. As far as I'm aware, AG has cleaner by DP, Pinnacle, and Micro Restore. Seeing as the required amount to clean (1-2oz) is the same for all of them... I was wondering if any of you have used more than one product...

    Phosphate free dish soap...

A thought occured to me seeing as the phosphate free dish soaps seem to clean rather poorly... Could I use microfiber cleaner like micro-restore? It seems like it is non residual and a very powerful cleaner: so why not use it on the dishes?

What does it look like when you replace it?

When do I replace the air filter on my car?

As the title suggests... How do I know when it's time to replace the air filter? I don't want answers that say to replace it as XX,XXX miles, but more of a what does a dirty air filter look like and what should I look for when its time to replace it?

Why is the towel wringer so expensive?

Does anybody know why the Chamois/Towel Wringer costs so much? It doesn't seem to me like 2 rollers stuck together with a hand crank should cost 140$. I could see 30$, maybe 40$. But what causes it to be so expensive? 140$ to wring a towel? I am quite perplexed by this

2010 Jaguar XF Indigo Blue - One Step D151 "magic"!

Great write up. I hate to seem like I am bringing a dead thread back to life; but I don't want to start a new one for the sake of a simple question. It is from my understanding that d151's aggressiveness is based on the type of pad used instead of the compound it self. If that is the case, how...

    Fire Hose Nozzle -- Broken?

Haha! As useful as that may be, it would still be nice to have some decent pressure for the times I am not washing my car and still need to use the hose:laughing:

    Fire Hose Nozzle -- Broken?

The house is only 4 years old. I doubt it would be the pipes 'this early in the game.' Problem is, the house has had low pressure since I got it - so its not a recent issue. I have just been lazy on turning it up. I usually have gotten by by hooking up the pressure washer such that the incoming...
