    If the car is in need of just a maintenance polish/light polish then use 85rd if you have a DA or rotary.... or you have the other choice of using 3M ultrafine strictly with a rotary... both on blue pads.

    Hey Chad, for stuff that bad I would just grab out the carpet dye. It makes a heck of a difference...... if the people neglected that bad in the first place... hey certainly won't mind the dye (or even notice it for that matter)

    Mike, Great job! I have always used air compressed DA's and never actually used my actual porter cable before. Hmmm... might have to invest in the unigrit system once I get a client who needs this.... What speed did you use with the Megs?

    Def.... just make sure you have an idea how much clear you are working with. I would start out at 2000-2500 if you don't have a paint meter! Then after that... the rotary will be your best friend.
