I had to remove some industrial paint over spray off my wife's 3 month old black Volvo so I clayed the whole car. It worked great and after re-polish/wax it looked incredible. Much better than new. Just be careful and not to aggressive with the clay.

I have heard that 601 has mild solvents that may remove any previous product when applied. If so, what is it doing when you apply 111/601 over 105/601? Should you just apply 111 over the 105/601? (105/106 is a fantastic treatment with regular maintenance with 921 or any DG product with "Aquawax.")

Others can correct if I am wrong...but spraying QD and wiping doesn't take it off--it spreads and evens it out. It puts it on. Not wiping may leave streaks.
