The All Season Dressing is a little sticky for the engine bay in my opinion. It's likely to attract a lot of dust. As mentioned above, try the Hyper Dressing, it's water based and a lot less likely to collect dust.

Welcome Joe. Nice to have another Virginian on board. The '98 Honda should be a fun correction, they typically have a soft clearcoat that corrects easily and on a black you'll surely see a nice improvement.
