I don't have all that much time with it but my first impressions are cuts thru swirls and 2000 grit @ speed 4 with M100 and Lake Country HDO Blue pads. Little to no vibration, well balanced. My Flex 3401 has its place, but this is so much easier to use. No buyers remorse

Boy, that's not the case here in NM. Contractors pay big time for Workman's Comp., etc. Even if part of the job is sub'd out, the sub pays.

That's a tricky one. As I mentioned, my Wife's an accountant and the state hammer's small business's with audits if the show (even true) contract labor. Contract labor is required to supply all that's required to do the job. That would mean everything from soap to towels, etc.

My wife's an Accountant and I know all about ADP and payroll expenses. In a previous life I ran an allied business w/20 employees and paid everything, up to and including the entire cost of their health care, etc. Truth is, I've gone thru 1/2 a dozen guys in a short time, some were thieves...

Just thought of another 'gotcha'. When you pay by percent of job/gross, due you require that they do their own prep, i.e. get their two bucket filled, refill any spray lubes, general clean up? Thanks in advance

I recently opened my shop and have tried hiring a few 'helpers'; to do the vacuuming, glass and sometimes, just to check out their quality of work, the entire car. So, if, say a Subaru Forester comes in that hasn't seen a detail in years with rubber mats, carpet floor mats, a cargo mat...

It seems the screen in the ball was the culprit. I discovered this when I blew some air thru it and the screen went flying never to be found again. Question is, any worries using the Tornador with a screen?

I'm not at the shop now, but yes. I think I even hooked the Tornador up to the air comp. to test if air was coming thru it and inspected it for clogs; but I just got back from taking my kid to the doctor for a stomach thing, and can't recall precisely. It is blowing air in any event and I tried...
