Thats the instruction, is use the oil THEN the cleaner. Sounds counter productive, right?

Looking for an OTC leather product

I like where you were going with this but no. My other f250 did, this one is just plain Jane black lariat leather. I went this this because it was supposed to be easier to upkeep.... Hmm. Lol doesn't look like it.

Looking for an OTC leather product

So I have used a few coatings/lite coatings on my new f250 seats and for some reason, they all streak. This truck is brand new and Ive tried many things... even an APC wipe then wiped several times with distilled water to clean any residue. Still streaks. I dont know what it is with these seats...

Question on synthetic clay mitts and their size/shape variations

I was thinking about that, so with that being said, I don't think the added cost of the 6" pads and backing hand plate is worth it... Plus this will allow me to get into areas easier than a 6" pad

Question on synthetic clay mitts and their size/shape variations

Hey, if you don't mind... I can't find this info anywhere, can you measure across the front of the GG pad? Trying to see the surface area/diameter and compare it to a 6" clay pad for the DA....

Question on synthetic clay mitts and their size/shape variations

So I used to have a mitt and now its time to get another one. I didnt mind the mitt at all but wondering if something the GG Brilliant Finish Syn Clay puck/sponge works better for ease of handling. I dont see it taking much longer than a mitt. Then I was thinking about getting something larger...

I thought "Thin was in".... Maybe not?

Thanks mike for chiming in. And thanks to everyone else! BTW that Hi-def sealant is very nice so far in terms of application and feel.. VERY slick.

Best and or largest waxing applicators - Help!

Thanks mike.. I just tried to clean one of my LC Closed cell hands pads and well, yeah like you said the wax just doesnt really come out. Makes sense, it repels water on the car in a thin film... The pad is filled with sealant thus even harder to get it all out. I get the gist, get the yellow...

Best and or largest waxing applicators - Help!

Thanks Bob, Im guessing foam is foam now days? I browsed and found a few new applicators that werent out a few years ago ( the last time I bought pads ). Lake Country has a block and a grip styled applicator.. Both look interesting.

Best and or largest waxing applicators - Help!

Man, I guess I just don't have it anymore or something but I cant get those 4" foam pads well anymore. Any recommendations for larger than 4" pads or something else? Doesn't have to be foam, assuming MF is okay to use when applying wax/ sealant too?

Products that make you wonder why you tried something else...

I have so much stuff and I dont know why... Nice to try other things but in the end, im sure most can agree its all the same for average joes. If this helps anyone, hopefully it does, but if you find something you like and it works, stick with it. If for only money's sake...

I thought "Thin was in".... Maybe not?

Cant! lol True but its so much quicker on a whim to say whatever, going out with the bottle and a pad... for sure. honestly loved it and the slickness was crazy. Depending how it performs, I think Im going to start clearing out stuff...

I thought "Thin was in".... Maybe not?

Thanks! lol understood. I noticed on some areas it was good and glided smooth but other felt grabby. Now I would have normally, years ago, applied more heavily but the wholllleee time all I hear is Thin is in... Thin is in. lol. So I usually go TOOO thin...

I thought "Thin was in".... Maybe not?

True for sure, but Im thinking I MAY have missed an area or so. Reason I say is when you wax on you can see the swirls where it applied, some areas looked spotty? Make sense?

I thought "Thin was in".... Maybe not?

Thanks guys. I think I may have went a bit thin in some spots, tomorrow AM, I'll just go and throw another coat on. That should be alright in terms of "cross-linking" or whatever lol.
