I realize this is an older post, but relevant to me having just seen it and considering trying it out - looks very promising, especially since I am a big fan of many of GG's products.

Totally agree on Griots Garage customer service, quality products and the G9 which is an excellent machine I am using with excellent results.

Unless you are unhappy with the performance of your PC, I agree to this suggestion, or just not spend on another machine, albeit a very good one. If you determine a new machine is in your best interest, the G9 is a fabulous machine and as others have said, best bang for the buck.

You are welcome, glad to help. For my 5th wheel I am using Meguiars Flagship Marine cleaner wax. When I get to our truck and car, they are going to need a bit of compounding, polishing and then a wax so will not be using an AIO in the short term.

I too have just purchased and started using the G9 and very, very happy with it. My first job I am tackling is AIO on our 35' 5th wheel, so I have stuck with the 6" backing plate supplied with GG 6.5' pads and this combo has been working well for me and for this job is my preferred choice...

I have not used them, opting to pull them apart but I would suspect these balls would be fine to use as long as they do not have a softening chemical in or on the surface and as you check them for lint etc as SNP209 mentioned.

I mostly agree with this statement, I love my G9 the more I use it and it is proving to be a very capable and impressive machine, but I do not see how it could compare to a any 15 DA. However in my experience, I have not noticed any stalling on curves.

If you do a lot of correction, specifically more difficult flaws, I would consider the Flex which I have had experience with and found it to perform difficult corrections quite well. Rupes of course also offers fine machines and have their following, but I have not had experience with them. If...
