    Griots One Step Sealant Mini-Review

Thank you. It looks like based on the dates of your original and follow up post, you got about 2-months of protection which is indeed disappointing.

    Griots One Step Sealant Mini-Review

I realize this is an older post, but relevant to me having just seen it and considering trying it out - looks very promising, especially since I am a big fan of many of GG's products.

    Shout out to Griot's

Totally agree on Griots Garage customer service, quality products and the G9 which is an excellent machine I am using with excellent results.

    Add G9 from PC 7335?

Unless you are unhappy with the performance of your PC, I agree to this suggestion, or just not spend on another machine, albeit a very good one. If you determine a new machine is in your best interest, the G9 is a fabulous machine and as others have said, best bang for the buck.

Groits Garage G9 favorite and Best Combination

You are welcome, glad to help. For my 5th wheel I am using Meguiars Flagship Marine cleaner wax. When I get to our truck and car, they are going to need a bit of compounding, polishing and then a wax so will not be using an AIO in the short term.

Groits Garage G9 favorite and Best Combination

I too have just purchased and started using the G9 and very, very happy with it. My first job I am tackling is AIO on our 35' 5th wheel, so I have stuck with the 6" backing plate supplied with GG 6.5' pads and this combo has been working well for me and for this job is my preferred choice...

Old Dog Looking For Something New

Great point and often over looked by some when starting a business, any business. In addition to what has been recommended to reading Renny Doyle's book, do educate yourself on business principles. One of the main reasons business's fail is failure to understand business practices. Also, it...

What am I looking for ? Rotary or orbital or flex?

You say this is new to you, so I would either consider not using a rotary or get a body & glass panel from a junk yard to learn and practice on before working on your vehicles, because in inexperienced hands things can go very bad with a rotary machine very quickly. A better choice and If it...

    I’m out

I am not as frequent a poster as many here and in fact I had a long gap in my activity due to our travels and being out of good cell and wifi coverage, so maybe that is the reason I have not noticed any negative behavior here, or perhaps because my interest is more limited and just lucky that...

    Griot's G9 observation...

Right now I am using 6" pads.

    Drying microfiber towels

I have not used them, opting to pull them apart but I would suspect these balls would be fine to use as long as they do not have a softening chemical in or on the surface and as you check them for lint etc as SNP209 mentioned.

    Griot's G9 observation...

I mostly agree with this statement, I love my G9 the more I use it and it is proving to be a very capable and impressive machine, but I do not see how it could compare to a any 15 DA. However in my experience, I have not noticed any stalling on curves.

    Purchase help

If you do a lot of correction, specifically more difficult flaws, I would consider the Flex which I have had experience with and found it to perform difficult corrections quite well. Rupes of course also offers fine machines and have their following, but I have not had experience with them. If...

    Griot's G9 observation...

Interesting observation on the 5". I have the 6" on my G9 which is coming in handy on my 35' 5th wheel I am currently working on, but my next projects will be my wife's car and my truck where I suspect the 5" might be the better choice. Right now I am on the fence whether to go ahead with the...

    Just Received My GG G9

Yes very much so. While my injury is better but still not 100%, I was a bit reluctant to go ahead and start the project, but forced myself as I am running out of a suitable weather window. I was amazed how kind this machine was on this ole body.

    Just Received My GG G9

As for me , I am back having just used my new GG9 with my experience using it, having done so yesterday in beginning to wax my fifth wheel. First, in general terms I can say WOW what a difference from my previous GG6. First, my experience with my GG6 was a good one and it served me well. In...
