favorite air freshener scent (CG or any other brand)

I recently bought some ZEP Air and Odor Eliminator and it does smell great. The scent only lasted a few days though in the one vehicle I have tried it in. It makes me think of clean laundry or something like that.

Steam Cleaners For Interiors, Name your Favorite and Why!

The VX-5000 has been on the top of my must get list for a while. Whenever I can swing the extra money I will get it. Worst case, if you don't do detailing with it, you can use it around the house cleaning things.

Took advantage of some BOGO with the wash mitts and BF Microfiber cleaner. Never used the Paint Guard, 303 products, or PERL before so I can't wait to try them out.

    Taking payment going mobile

Paypal also has a mobile payment system and they say they have the cheapest fees. I also personally like their scan device more because of its design.

Chemical Guys "New Car Smell" Air Freshner

I own New Car Scent, Mangocello, Stripper Scent, and Honeydew. New car is my favorite so far. It does make me think of a new car. I am terrible at describing scents but the mangocello and honeydew just make me think "sweet" when I smell them. Stripper scent is kinda sweet but it just makes me...

2008 trashed black awd malibu lt.

HellaBroke, you live about an hour away from me. I used to live on base over there while I was in the Navy. Shame I wasn't into detailing then because I might could have lined up some side work to pass the time. I look forward to the finish :xyxthumbs:

    Dressing Or Not?

I dressed my own bike. I used a product that has never slung or ran when wet. I ride a cruiser so I don't get into as much lean angle as a sport bike. I just applied product to my applicator sponge, then to the sidewalls of the tires. I try to be extra careful not to get any on the traction area...

I used to think I had alot of stuff until I saw this thread lol :xyxthumbs: I have a little bit of other things but Chemical Guys seem to be the large majority of my products. If I think of it, this afternoon I will take a group pic of everything.

Congratz on the new bike! :xyxthumbs: Have lots of fun. Chemical Guys does have a few products for the matte finishes. I went to a dealer to just kill some time and hoping to get to see a bike that has had my attention for some years now. Triumph Street Triple R This bike just does it for...

    Storage bag for my PC

I am glad I came across this thread. I have an extra bag in my shed I can use to put my PC in. I hated just leaving it out and trying to stuff it all back in the box was a pain.

Best way to remove Vinyl lettering/signs

I removed a very much smaller vinyl dealer sign on a vehicle with TarX. It worked pretty good I thought. It was on the vehicle for 4 years. I suggest some sort of plastic scrapper because I was just using my thumb nail to remove mine. I read that 3M adhesive remover works really well also. TarX...

    VX-5000 In Use

I have been very seriously considering getting a VX-5000. Every time I end up coming back to this thread it makes me want it even more. Shame there aren't many videos on Youtube on the VX.

First shot at fixing the black Vette

Wow, this is impressive! I think I would try this on my old work truck just for the "trial and learning curve" before I done it on such a nice car. I need to do a lot of reading and learning it seems. I am anxious to see the finished product so I know you are also. Lots of work but stick with...
