    Your method of drying?

Nice tips to read, thanks I have a black non metallic car and drying is a pain. I have tried the in the past real chamois, the Absorber and Cobra guzzler and it's so easy to make micro marring. Was about to try this coming Spring a thick microfiber with a bit of quick detailer but I believe I...

Any liquid sourveran fans as a LSP?

I like the Liquid Souveran, easy to apply and buff. I have used the Souveran and Fuzion paste waxes more these days as they are wipe on wipe off. As long as you use very thin layers of Liquid Souveran I'm sure you will be pleased with the results, especially if you have a dark color car and...

Auto Glym Wax High Definition Wax

I really like that wax too, although not as easy to apply as Souveran or Fuzion for example, it produce a very high gloss shine. Up here in Canada, it's available at Canadian Tire for 50$CDN and goes on sale once in a while for 35$CDN. Even at 50$ I find it a good purchase.

    Free shipping to Canada?

Same for me, I would soooo much love some free shipping to Canada once in a while like in the US What I normally do is wait for big deals then order a notch above 150$ so I can use the 20$ off coupon combined with things on sale or BOGO. Also avoid any 128oz since there is a surcharge. Cheers

I'm in the West Island. I'm just a detailing fanatic, I never got paid so far to detail cars. I practice on my family members vehicles :buffing: I have bought soooo much stuff from Autogeek and eShine that I should start doing some for others. All I would need is to buy a garage ! Planing to...

I shake all my products once a day...

I thought I was the only one doing that :xyxthumbs: Even in winter time I go in my "batcave" where all my stuff is to shake the products and have a whiff. I like the smell of the NXT 2.0 wax and my Malco Ultra Violet Wash&Wax... smells like a heavy CoolAid grape scent :xyxthumbs: I like checking...

Thanks Nick, I wasn't sure if doing that would somewhat reduce the effectiveness of the wax on the car.

    Detailer after waxing ?

Hi guys, what is the best practice when buffing a car after it got waxed ? I normally use Pinnacle Souveran Wax. Is it a good idea to use Pinnacle Crystal Mist detailer immediately after the wax got buffed out to have an even shiny surface ? Or does the wax need to only be buffed with micro...

How to clean LC HT pad from AG HD Wax?

I had used the AG HD Wax a few times and to clean the pad up I had to put a few drops of Detailers Pride Microfiber cleaner directly on the pad, squeeze the pad then put a bit of hot water on the pad, then squeeze the pad again and brush the surface with the palm of my hand, then rince...

    Advanced Fiinishing Polish

I have tried this product a few times and it works decently but takes a long time to break in. I have a non-metallic black CTS and with a 7424XP and a white polishing pad if I don't break it entirely it leaves micro marring. I prefer by far Malco Nano Care Polishing Creme which breaks faster...

    Strong soap

I also avoid toucheless washes since I have a non-metallic black paint that shows every single defect. The problem is that its my daily driver... and my only car... and always parked outside... makes an interesting project when spring time comes that's for sure. Before winter time I had 2...

    Strong soap

Hey guys, I live in a cold area (Canada) with heavy winters with snow, ice, salt, etc. A few weeks ago the temperature rose over freezing so I had a rare chance to wash the car outside (I don't have a garage). To car was very dirty so I did a few passes of Wolfgang foam canon (foam and rinse)...

    Your very first "Wow" wax

I have been waxing my various cars over the years and was satisfied but not excited about the results. For sure it had to do with the surface prep techniques that I improved over the years and now that I have a black non-metallic car when it's properly preped and waxed it really shines. On my...
