    Post Your Unpacking Pictures

Those are great looking brushes. I am looking for wheel lug and paint safe brushes (gas cap area) myself. Something with long bristles like those would be ideal.

    Sampler kits

While I am interested in a sampler kit like this, I was more making a suggestion. This would be helpful for folks starting out and don't know what to buy or have the time to put everything into their cart. This pretty much contains everything to at least maintain a vehicle once it's been given...

    Best Tools for the Job

That's like asking what is the best car, best pizza, etc. It is somewhat subjective and everyone has their preference for one reason or another. I have a Flex 3401 and love it. There are guys out there with the GG DA and love that because it's inexpensive, has lifetime warranty and more power...

First attempt with SS red, wax not going on well?

I am no product expert however the wax is several years old and sounds like you might have left it out in the cold. That may have caused it to go bad which is probably why it's not coming off easy. Add that to the fact that you are using terry cloths to remove it and that explains the marks...

First attempt with SS red, wax not going on well?

Did you wash first? Did you clay? Are you using quality MF towels? How old is the wax? Did it sit somewhere where it could have gotten ruined?

    Gas cap area

I'm sure that this has been discussed before but my searches turn up nothing. What do you guys use to clean the filler cap area? Brushes, MF towels. Looking for tips and tricks.

    Not to happy.

I guess it's hit or miss with orders going out. Mine was supposed to go out today and no word on if it did or didn't. Status still shows "warehouse 3/12/14 6:09 am". I guess at this point it will ship out sometime next week and I will receive it the following week as my order qualified for...

    New Kid on the block

:iagree:Bissel LGM is very good and much cheaper than an extractor. On sale they can be had for $50 - $80.

    Help ease mind

You will be fine. I started the same way but with a flex. One word of caution, don't sit in one spot for to long on painted bumpers. They burn easy. Don't ask how I know.

    Not to happy.

Meghan, I want you to know that I was not trying to bash AG. I was merely providing some feedback that a little communication to all customers affected would have gone a long way. It seems that the common complaint is that orders are taking longer than normal to ship and no one is being told...

    Not to happy.

I agree with you, it's about inventory control for those running a business. My point is that had AG just contacted the OP, to let him and everyone else whose order was delayed know that there was a delay in shipping, then we probably wouldn't be having this conversation.

So what would you say is an appropriate amount of time for your order to be shipped.
