Im not arguing word of mouth versus testimonials. Word of mouth is great, the cheapest, easiest marketing a business owner has. But there will be people who will visit the sight and are on the fence about getting there car done. Every little bit helps close the sale.

Me personally, would not use 501 as a standalone. I would top it with 111 or 101

Unless I'm missing something, I see no testimonials. Everytime you finish a job, you should have the owner write down on a 3x5 card how they liked the job and incorporate it on your sight. Look at Zaino's testimonial page. Smart marketing. People will believe what others say about you before...

A signature is always a given in a place of business, residence completely different. If your driver is getting a signature from you at a residence thats odd, like I said, unless the shipper wants one. Of course you can leave a note to have them leave the package, not sure what thats has to do...

Im a big fan of Opti-seal, love it on white paint, it actually looks better than Z2 Pro on white, atleast to my eye.

I see no before photos and many afters. People will not grasp the totality of the detail unless they can see both. Red font thru the pages is hard on the eye, I would change to green, easy on the eye. Testimonials are very important, it needs work, I see none. I see no Guarantee of Work...
