    Update: I pre-soaked with the ONRWW in a spray bottle and then hosed the car down thoroughly, underneath too. That took all the salt and gunk off and left a small amount of dirt. While it was still wet Used the Garry Dean method and I think it came out pretty good. Good enough for the winter...
