    Flex or Makita ?

hmmm. the megs105 is probably the best for any job. Not sure if its strickly dedicated for heavy jobs, but........... I have 3M 06060 fine cut for the heavy jobs, but the 06060 3M may be more effective if used with a flex or stronger buffer/polisher, but not the pc.

Natty Blue Vs. Red Vs. P21S

I still want to hear some input on the PB's Blue vs PB's red on black cars. I was impressed with the Nattys blue, but soon found it more effective when topped with another hard wax like the meguairs hi-tech yellow #26.

Soft Water System while washing cars

I ran a search on “soft water”, but to no avail, so……….. We have a complete soft water setup in our home, but regardless of that I still wash my cars in the shade in the early AM away from the sun and I dry them with an electric leaf blower while blowing the water downward toward the ground...

Poor Boys Black Hole Glaze Ques?

Hmmm, so black hole glaze acts as a cleaner? So it sounds like adding your wax/carnuaba over the top of the glaze would be a better idea than glazing over the wax/carnuaba? right? to all, I have a black car and I find that the Meguairs Hi-Tech Yellow #26 kills any other hard wax...

    I swear this is true

Funny thread. My ex girlfried sprayed windex all over her honda civic and use an old pillow case to get that supreme shine. I wasn't suprised by her actions.... she also drove on an ice packed highway in Flagstaff with the cruise control engaged. Dumb Beotch!

    Sticky Paint

Self Healing Paint !!! Wow! Glad I saw this. I have been asked to look at an 09 Black M this weekend that belong to a friends girl friend. The rear trunk lid has tons of scratches from the dealer (go figure). I may need to re-think my action plan to correct this.

    SIP or Intensive polish

Mercedes started this back in 2003-2004 I believe. I seriously doubt if Honda/Acura uses the PPG ceramiclear. Im guessing most of the newer German cars use it. I think Nissan/Infiniti has the permission from PPG to use it on repairs or something like that.
