I'm thinking a wet microfiber towel or apc should work fine. I like 303 and use it frequently, my method of applying is by a mequiars yellow foam pad. Easy to control how much product I use and control the look.

Agree, I have used Destiny it is an awesome wax and the smell is incredible. Of course it's not a cheap wax, another great wax to try is Concourse. BTW, the beading on this waxes are insane. Way better then any coating or collinite wax I have tried.

Another mobile detailer here since 2005. I have always used clean filtered water along with Meguiars Hyper Wash. Doesn't matter how hot it is I don't need to worry about water spots.

I completely agree with you, why do 2 bucket method for a car that has been neglected. Take it to the local carwash , clay it at home then give it an "aio".

I have tried wipe new many times with great results. Did my wife's front bumper on her 01 windstar 18months ago and it is still going strong. I'm telling you people , you guys are missing out on a product that actually works. Hey look at that turtle wax tire coating , it's a hit.

I like to dip it inside the bucket and wipe it down with a microfiber towel or a wash mitt. I guess it's better than just dip in and pull out.

Bought 2 used flex 3401 through Craigslist. The first one i paid $150 and is my primary DA. The second one I got for $250 and is in new condition with only a few hours of use, this one is my backup. I was just about to buy a third one last week but someone else beat me to it.

Here's another idea, I did this before I had access to a steamer and ran to a similar situation. Grab a spray bottle with water only and a brush. Spray water as close as possible and hope that the pressure created will push it in. Brush the affected area gently to help you clear the pores.
