    Megs APC+

Is Megs APC+ diluted to 10:1 and 4:1 clear coat safe? I'm more concerned about the stronger ratio and I'm sure it is, but I wanted to make sure. Thanks. Sent from my SCH-I535 using AG Online

How to avoid overspray when applying a tire dressing

I wish my Pinnacle Black Onyx Gel came with a spray handle. They must have just added that. Mine has a flip top and I feel that I waste a lot of product this way. I love the way the product looks and how long it lasts. I will be ordering again, especially if it comes with a sprayer.

The different types of foam formulas in the CCS Smart Foam Pad Line

Sorry to bump this old thread, but I have a question. I know this guy ;) who doesn't have a lot of experience with a buffer and he only uses his buffer a few times per year for normal upkeep (minor swirl removal and glaze application). What should I tell him are the best types of pads to use...

    ordered stuff from auto geek

Good luck. I've only been ordering for about 6 months now and I have spent between $500 and $1000 on my supplies. I only wash my truck and my wife's car once a week, if I'm lucky. My list still isn't done. You will find things that your don't like and things that you like, no matter who...

    Props to Griots!

Yesterday, I finally got to use the GG 6" polisher I bought back in October for the first time. After polishing my wife's hood, I was cleaning the pad on the fly, like Mike demonstrated, but the wind blew the towel back into the buffer and it got wrapped around the shaft. Needless to say...

    Wolfgang Exterior Trim Sealant

I'm looking at adding this to my detailing bag to replace the DP Trim Sealant. I'm not a fan of the aerosol - I feel like I have spray to much on my towel and it's more difficult to control the spray, especially in the wind. I have to say it's the only DP product that I've tried and didn't like...

teaching customer how to detail their own cars

More and more businesses are doing this same idea and I love it. I used to work the in the IT department for a commercial collection agency and they started teaching clients how to avoid letting their customers get behind on paying invoices. You aren't necessarily teaching yourself out of a...

    Ac treatment

I got two cans of this-one for my 2011 Silverado and one for my wife's 2005 Accord. I sprayed it in the vent (I forgot which side, but whatever the directions said to do). In both instances, a pretty decent amount of it dripped out from under the center of the dash. Have you seen this before...

I hate all of you that live in states that use no salt on the roads....

The trade off is 110 for 3, maybe 4 months. It's so hot, you literally can't touch the metal. Your car dries in about 3-5 minutes. I can't even was a panel without having to go over the truck to keep it wet.

Is Megs D103 APC + Discontinued?

Thanks. That sucks. I don't need 5 gal, 1 gal would last me long enough. That stuff got great reviews. Now I need to start looking for a new APC.

    DP interior surface protectant

I do clean my dash every once in a while and I did clean it before the first time I used it I don't have any oily high spots. I wipe it on and that's it. Stays looking good for at least a couple of weeks. I have been using this for about 6 months now and have probably used it 4-6 times.

    DP interior surface protectant

I have been using it and don't seem to have the same issue. I actually thought how it's nice because it's not too shiny and how well it spreads in addition to how long it lasts. Probably just different interiors, I'm sure.
