It all depends on what you enjoy doing, too. If you enjoy washing and waxing/sealing then a coating is pointless. Also, is this a daily driver or just a nice weather weekend car? If it's the latter I would invest in a quality carnauba wax or sealant like Wolfgang. That will give you plenty of...

I'm betting that's the new rinseless wash that's being tested. The color, slickness afterwards that's mentioned and fact that WG does not have a rinseless/waterless yet lead me to believe this is the case.

It all depends how much I'm getting paid. If it's a basic one step job with interior then no. If they're paying for the works like full correction and a coating then yes I will.

I'm a part timer here too. Personally, I go with CQuartz UK and DLux. Great price point and amazing gloss and hydrophobic properties.

I only do the GDWM now for rinseless washes. Either way, wash mitt or mf towels, you're going to have to wash something. The 8 or so towels I have to wash (which is a tiny load btw) far outweighs marring the finish and having to fix it later.

I'm confused, the pictures are of a prototype rinseless by Autogeek? That's what I was getting out of it. I've used all four of the products you mentioned along with Blackfire, DP, Pinnacle and Meguiars D114/115. While they are certainly all good products I always seem to gravitate to Ultima...

In the basement all year round. Its about 68 avg. Nothing gets left in the garage.

As Zach stated, it does dust more than some others but the cut and finish of M101 is incredible. I do recommend it if you are going to be working on neglected vehicles. It can be a real time saver with which the speed it cuts.
