The glossiest OTC tire dressing I have used is a few coats of Meguiar's Endurance Tire Gel. It is extremely glossy when layered but will sling on you if the excess isn't removed. There were also some other very glossy options mentioned above. Good luck!

Interesting you should mention that. I too am experiencing the same issue but the difference is I bought the orange kwazar knock off bottle at my local animal supply store. I just figured the problem was evident because it was a knock off. It's interesting that you're having the same problem...
