It won't be left on the car trapping moisture between the cover and paint, but it will be used during torrential downpours here in the primordial swamps of the Guff Coast. I've owned Stormguards and Evolutions, but they were not 100%, permanently waterproof. Who, if anyone, makes a waterproof...
