I've used Aquawax both as a "wax-as-you-dry" and as a QD. I think it would be good to use AW as the WAUD and follow up with FC&S after the paint is dry.

IMO, quality waxes/sealants shouldn't stain trim. If you're concerned or don't know for sure, take a few minutes to tape the trim with blue painter's tape. It also helps to dress the trim first.

AIO works well on a variety of finishes/materials.

Why are you using two sealants? It will probably be best to use one or the other.

I think 425 is a very good QD, but I don't think it's significantly better than several other QDs available.

Well my Hitachi rotary and flexible backing plate came in yesterday! :D My car wasn't clean, but I quickly QD'd a couple of areas so I could practice. Considering I've never used a rotary before, I think my first outing was a success. I used a finishing pad and PO106FF starting at ~800 rpm...

I have topped Zaino with several carnaubas, including Souveran, with very little effect. Give it a shot and see for yourself.

One suggestion - if you do the test again, don't tell anyone the products and their location, then see if anyone can spot the differences.

They will help with durability, but it doesn't make an overly significant difference.

I'd guess for the total combination you're looking at 4-6 months depending on environment and maintenance.

I've had pretty similar findings on these two. The soap is very nice but not quite my favorite. Aqua Wax is quite good for the price but not marvelously outstanding. I did not notice any extra dust attraction though.
