Montana Boars Hair brush keeps marring the paint on my cars.

To give you an idea of what a swirl is, it's tiny little scratches in the paint that go in different directions causing an illusion of a swirl. Some can be severe and others can be light. It doesn't matter if it's a couple of scratches or millions, it's still going to look like a swirl in the...

Montana Boars Hair brush keeps marring the paint on my cars.

No man, I took autogeeks advice very seriously, and thought since they knew what they were talking about, everything was good. Well everything is not good, what they told me was a joke. The only thing I could guess went wrong, is when they went to clip the boars hair off to make my brush, they...

Montana Boars Hair brush keeps marring the paint on my cars.

The triangle brush will still fit in a 5 gallon bucket, you just have to give it a little testostrone driven force lol. But man, it's very dissapointing to see swirls on my own personal vehicles. Maybe I should start using twice as much shampoo? I'm ready to give up on this thing...

Montana Boars Hair brush keeps marring the paint on my cars.

So you are saying that there are 2 kinds of boars hair brushes? The kind that mars the paint and the kind that doesn't??? Shouldn't all of them NOT mar the paint? You would think that 120 dollars for a brush would end all your problems. But it looks like it's the start of all your problems!

Montana Boars Hair brush keeps marring the paint on my cars.

Yes I'm soaking the brush, when I use it I use medium pressure on the sides. But if that is too much pressure then this brush is worthless, because it would just be gliding over the dirt

Yes we are. And this is after I read a reputable review about the brush. It makes me think the guy who did the review works for the same damn company!

Montana Boars Hair brush keeps marring the paint on my cars.

I just bought a 120 dollar boars hair brush and after I get done drying off my personal vehicles I notice swirl marks that weren't there before. Does anyone else use this brush? I am very very dissapointed to say the least. I am so thankful I have not tried using this on my customers cars yet.

Cleaning wheel barrels when Rinseless washing

You can do it with a rim brush and some water. After you get done brushing the inside of the barrel, take a spray bottle full of water and spray out the dirty water on the inside.

    Chemical Resistant Sprayer Heads?

Does anyone know a reliable company to get these from that actually last? I'm having problems with my degreaser and acid and tire dressing eating away at the inside of the sprayers. I'm thinking about switching to the pump sprayers, but I like the hand held sprayers better.

Bad Yelp Review? Use it to your advantage

Good job. The way you handle a bad review has a lot to do with how many more customers you will get. If there is a 'respond to the review' link, then do it. Sometimes people will know when a good company has a false review just by the way the review sounds and the way you respond to it. I...

    damp microfiber for wax removal

I think this is a horrible idea. Not only will you take off more wax then you want to, you will smear excess wax everywhere that the water picks up. Don't try to take shortcuts on wax, use a little bit of elbow grease. If that's too hard then you need to start lifting some weights.

    New website

Looks decent. One thing I don't get though, is you have that nice detailed motorcycle near the top, then another nice detailed car near the top, a tire getting cleaned on the bottom, and in the middle you got a trashed car interior? I don't want to see that! lol

    Rinker 209 Boat Detail

That's good to hear. For the edges and what not I reccomend a rotary buffer, it will cut the oxidation faster and wax the edges a whole lot better than the flex will. The flex is more of a hologram remover, it will cut oxidation but not as quickly as a rotary.

    Dealing with Last-minute Cancellations

There's really no other way to deal with it than to just move on. Yeah you can charge them a fee and all this other paperwork, but that will just scare off customers from using you in the future. Cancellations are going to happen, it's the hard part of having this job. It's best to tell them to...
