Is that from hard water deposits? So the hose might be clogged? Not yet. Does the pump constantly pump water or does it just pump water when you pull the trigger?

Last couple of times I used it it would not shoot water until about 30 minutes after I started using it. The last detail I did it did not shoot out any water at all. Is it common for these things to break like this? This is a $700 machine, I thought this was quality!

^^I've had the same thing happen to me, always hold the wand far away from any painted surfaces. I know the pressure washer makes it easy to take bugs off, but you have to find another way to do it. There's no need to risk having to dish out $400 on brand new paint...

When I used to work for a pool company, I used many different kinds of grinders, and the smoothest grinder was a Hitachi, they are well built and run smooth. It's no surprise to me that their buffers are the same way...
