    Heh I was just adding that it wasn't at the same time you asked. No, I covered the light and it's still there definitely part of the paint.

    I also covered up the amber turn signal to make sure it wasn't a reflection from that incase anyone is thinking the same thing.

    Inspecting the paint on a 1997 Black Toyota Supra (single stage paint) and I noticed that in one area on a corner near the taillight that the paint looks brown when I shine an LED light on it. What's going on here? Thin paint? If so, would it have to be very thin to show like this? It looks...

    The pad did show black. But I just realized it is single stage paint which I believe is going to do that. So I guess there is no clear coat to burn through. Now I'm thinking maybe I'm using the wrong product. I figured blackfire finishing polish would make the paint clear but maybe it is not...

    Suggestions on fixing a scratch and dent?

    I unfortunately got two scratches on the door of my 2012 Jeep SRT8 and am trying to find the best way to go about fixing them. The door handle and the door both have some pretty deep concrete scrapes (pictures below). The one on the door line is also indented a bit but hard to see in the photos...
