I read that M105 was originally designed to be used with wool pads while M101 is designed for use with foam pads. I have used M105 and don't like it a lot compared to Optimum, Menzerna and Scholl compounds. Should I try M101 as I work with a rotary and foam pads?

I am planning to pick up the 12 pack Chemical Guys Workhorse towels as they are very economical. However, unlike most towels on the market; I can't find any mention of what is the GSM of these towels and whether they are plush enough for waterless washing or just for buffing off waxes/sealants...
