I just realized my white LC polishing pads have mold and mildew on them. Is there any thing I can use to get that stuff off. I soaked them overnight in a bucket with some snappy clean solution but it didn't really do much. Can I use something like APC or bleach to kill the mold?

I have a brand new 6" green Edge 2000 DA pad. I'd like to trade it for a white LC polishing pad but will consider other items as well.

This is what I use, it works really well and cost effective. I use APC+ diluted 10:1, then follow up with your dressing of choice.

That looks like a good arsenal of products, although from what I've read repeatedly about 106FF I would skip PO87. I don't think you'll need it. I'm going to get some 106FF myself this weekend. In fact I'll do it right now :D.

Well I don't have a vette but it is a GM clear, Pontiac to be exact (see avatar). Do you know how aggressive Micro Polish PO87 is? It's a little hard to tell but looking at the labels it seems as though it's a little more aggressive than Final Polish.

That interesting because I have been reading the oposite. I've read a few times that 106FF will finish really well on non-ceramic clears. I'm starting to get the impression that its a little bit pad dependent. A light cutting pad will do a lot of correction or use a polishing pad to do minor...

Will nano polish (106FF) do any correction with a polishing pad ( say LC green or white) on a non-ceramic clear? If so how much?

It's just a carnauba wax. Its suppose to be the best one Meg's makes according to some. Its also suppose to be pretty durable. They haven't stopped making it, it just isn't sold here in the US anymore because of VOC regulations. You can still get it though through some online vendors in Canada...
