I really feel for the Big 3 automakers. If this keeps going on, pretty soon they will no longer be around. I for one have not owned a domestic car primarily because of the quality issues and I guess it is sill stuck with me. I hope that they will find a reasonable resolution to this strike soon.

Totally agreed. The customer service is simply immaculate with Meghan and the AG crew. I'm in no way discouraged by the product that Edge makes. I still love them and will continue to use them. I may need buy another adapter for a backup just in case one does break so I won't have any down time.

I met a guy who has a bimmer and uses that thing to do his oil changes. Since the oil filter is located on the top of the engine bay, it's more convenient, and you don't run the risk of stripping your drain bolt. I plan to pick up one eventually.

When using the Menzerna IP or Nano, I usually work it in for about 3-4 mins. I have timed myself with a stopwatch and its usually in the mid to low 3 mins. That was using the PC, and I just picked up the UDM so I'm guessing my time will be a little quicker.

I'm not sure if I got the new switch because I have never seen how the old switch looks like. The box said I have version 1.0.
