2 applications of Powerlock followed by a layer (or 2) of Colorlock brings out a lot of depth and shine on my black metallic. The protection of PL is very impressive. I can hold a bath tub of beaded water on the hood and once I take off it just wicks right off the vehicle.

My LC-43-125DA (5") for my GG6 has never let me down. That being said that ventilated backing plate looks sick! If I was doing a heavy 2-3 step process I would definitely have one of those. I use mine more for a yearly polish or whenever a buddy wants help taking out a few scratches
