    Meguiar's M205 vs. M210

Of course I probably should have asked.....Can the 210 be used on it's own instead of as a follow up to 110?

    Meguiar's M205 vs. M210

Hi All, Tried to get a straight answer out of Meguiar's about the differences between the 2 products and didn't have much luck. I've always used 205 on my cars and my most recent is a silver Lexus GX470. I thought I would be "upgrading" a bit by using the 210 for my polishing step. Did I...

    Question about Megs pads

Hi Folks, Quick question here. Last pads I used on my porter cable were the Megs soft buff W8006 type 6.5" diameter. I am thinking of getting the newer low profile megs pads in 5" diameter and wonder if this is a sound idea? I gather these pads are more efficient. Also, I noted that the...

What is the best method to salvage this steering wheel?

Sorry this is so late, but I just used Super Clean on my steering wheel today. BE VERY CAREFUL around plastic buttons etc....I diluted 10:1 and this stuff is very potent.

    Super Clean on the interior?

Yeah about that ^^^ I'm a little Upset about that to be honest. I have ALWAYS prided myself on doing extensive research before trying new products etc...So I really thought that given the results and recommendations I had seen from Dallas Paint Correction, Detail Groove and Wilson Auto...

    Super Clean on the interior?

Thank you Thom, I appreciate the response. My dilution (10:1) was definitely not plastic safe....at least not for my buttons. The buttons were definitely dirty prior to using the APC, but they were more of a uniform black glossy color. The fading came into play after I applied the cleaner...

    Super Clean on the interior?

Thanks for the recommendations Bob. And here I thought I had done my due diligence. I thought, I was being safe and going beyond what the Pro's in the videos used. The 303 didn't do much to help unfortunately. *Edit In fact, in thinking about this, one video in particular stuck out as the...

    Super Clean on the interior?

In looking for a good APC that was readily available, I ran across several videos that recommended Super Clean....the purple stuff available at the local auto parts store. Some vids had the dilution at 5:1 others less others more. I opted for 10:1 for a nasty steering wheel and was fairly...

So many products to choose from. I need some help.

I have to laugh, I was thinking to myself how could I describe the shine and durability I want? You guys remember Raiders of the Lost Ark? I want faces to melt like the Nazi soldiers faces did if they look directly at my paint. If that doesn't work, I'll be happy with some good protection and...

So many products to choose from. I need some help.

Thanks Guys, I appreciate it. We do try to make it over to Petey's in Rye at least once a year when headed to Maine or Salisbury Beach so I might just drop you a line before heading over sometime! I appreciate everyone's time and advice. Sounds like I have a list of stuff to try out! Happy...

So many products to choose from. I need some help.

All sound advice Gents and I appreciate it. Beadmaker peaked my interest, I see there was quite a bit of polarization surrounding it too. Would there be any reason to replace my duragloss with bead maker as a drying aid? Also, I now have to look into Opti-seal. Our little hamlet is also...

So many products to choose from. I need some help.

Thank you for the recommendations! Unfortunately, I have a HORRIBLE tendency to overthink everything. I obsess over researching products and comparisons and it's something I really need to work on. Sexy Lexy will not pass the baggie test so she's definitely going to need a thorough going-over...
