Clear coat can fill imperfections, opti coat can't. Therefore it's definitely not a clear coat.

Optimum is going downhill. That's why all of the opti coat threads seen to fade away and everyone is switching over to cquartz because of the price point and performance. I honestly can't remember the last time I saw an opti coat job thread but I can recall many cquartz uk or finest jobs. 10cc...

Just picked one up. That is a great price! My dad has the 16 gallon 6 horsepower one and it is very powerful. I'm hoping it'll be even better with the auto detail kit since the 2 1/2 inch hose isn't very flexible and the attachments can't fit into the tight spaces on the standard model.

I doubt it. The lighting in that video isn't very good the true story would be under some halogen lights.

It might not remove the collinite but it will add protection, making it seem like the collinite is still there when in fact it's just the spray wax beading.

Idk if I was using it wrong but I got a TON of dust with M100. It does cut well though.
