New! Griot's Garage Heavy Duty Wheel Cleaner - in Action!

^ Thanks. I guess my wheels never get bad enough to where simple car soap won't clean them, along with minor hand washing. I used EO AtoZ once, and that stuff is harsh. You also go through the bottle very quickly. That's why I only tried it once.

    Nitrile glove users??

I only use them for changing oil, and whenever I need to use a strong tar remover. I have the ones from HF, and they work fine.

Toyota Sienna Interior (funny write up)

Very nice cleanup. Aren't all garages raised from the driveway? All the one's on our neighborhood are. Ours is raised a good 1.5" also. We always had to watch the little ones very carefully -- when they were learning to walk.

    1983 Ford Tempo Make Over!

Wow -- great job. I just find it odd that people will pay more than the car is worth -- to clean the interior.

3M Performance Finish - Conflicting info

Me too. I didn't need it, but $3 BL find was good for me. I followed the label, and used WOWO method. It worked well for me.

New! Griot's Garage Heavy Duty Wheel Cleaner - in Action!

If one has to "agitate", won't any wheel cleaner work well in most cases? I guess it could depend on the current state of the wheels? I would like to see it's effectiveness w/o the 'agitation". Spray. Wait. Hose.

Klasse AIO,Klasse sealant then collinite 845?

Looks great. I wouldn't think the Klasse sealant is a necessary step in this case. IMO, it would be a waste of time if topping with 845 anyway. I 2nd the DG 501 suggestion -- as it's a Marine product (although it's too late).

I Need Some Good Smelling Protectant.....

Surf City Dash Away has a nice, clean scent. It's an excellent cleaner + protectant. I have no affiliation with SCG. I just like this product, and often recommend it. It leaves a natural (no shine) look. I have not tried DP, and I like bananas :)

    eagle one trim gel

Thanks. I've been wanting to try this. They also have FAR forms in most auto magazines. "Free" is worth trying.

    mf towels

I have this problem with my MFs as well. I went back to using an old t-shirt. These "huck" towels are interesting. We have one from a recent surgery my wife had. It's mine now!

    Wheelwax

I had it, and didn't like it. A decent sealant (DG101, DG105, IW845, etc.) is much easier to use, and more effective IMO. I sold mine at garage sale for a buck or 2. :) More than often, I simply use a spray wax (AquaWax) for easiest shine & protection.

    Floor mat recommendations?

OE + Scotchguard. Or, AG sells lots of custom Lloyd carpet mats. Be thankful you don't have "winter" like us lucky midwest folk.

    F-150 Honeycomb Grill

I'd use a spray product -- as I'm way too impatient to clean/dress by hand (would take hours). Stoners Trim Shine or Duragloss Ultimate Detail Spray should work well. Once conditioned back to black, you could protect with AquaWax monthly/bi-weekly. A spray tire foam may even work...just do it...

How to remove black marks on A pillar

I have light grey cloth A Pillars -- which received greasy finger prints recently. Surf City Dash Away cleaned it up no problem. 100% safe. (You can also buy at your local WalMart now)

Microfiber Detergent is it really necessary?

I've always used Costco natural soap, and white vinegar for rinse. They always come out clean & fluffy.

    DG aqua wax

I will always have AW on hand. My last bottle is getting low. Time to go to Carquest! 1 bottle goes a long way. Just don't let it dry in the sun before wiping. I did this once (my bad), and had the go over that side with DG101 in order to get it off.
