I know nothing about lighting. Are these bulbs worth it?

Those look very interesting, and at that price are certainly worth a shot. Thanks for the suggestion. Sent from my SM-G975U using Autogeekonline mobile app

I know nothing about lighting. Are these bulbs worth it?

I'm not a professional detailer. Just a hobbyist who enjoys taking care of my own car. I have a Scangrip MatchPen light for close inspections, but my garage suffers from one-old-two-bulb-ugly-light-fixture-in-the-middle-of-the-ceiling syndrome. And I know nothing about lighting. I'd love to...

The Post a Picture of Your Ride as it Sits Thread

Not on retainer, but I know several lawyers :-) My secret to staying out of trouble is my Uniden R3. That, plus I try not to drive like a jerk. But it is an intoxicating car to drive.

Problem with new Grit Guard Pad Washer - Is it me?

Hi Mike: Thanks for your helpful post. I wouldn't be a certified Autogeeker if I hadn't watched your video and many others before buying the pad washer ;). I like your idea about the interface pads. I will look into that. I will also take Markymapo's advice above and play around a bit with...

Problem with new Grit Guard Pad Washer - Is it me?

Got a chance to use my new Grit Guard Pad Washer for the first time today after watching umpteen videos online. Cleaned pads with Rupes 21 Mk II and Griot's 3" Random Orbital. I set up the washer per the instructions, but the problem I immediately encountered is that my polishers do not extend...

Can't get this gunk off steering wheel - Help!

(2013 BMW M leather wheel) I live in AZ so sweat on the steering wheel is always an issue. I do a quick MF wipe when I wash (every couple weeks) with CG Total Interior. Every four months or so when I wax, I use the CG Leather Cleaner and conditioner on the wheel, and it has always looked great...

Thanks. That's the process I've been following for priming the Rupes pads. Seems to work well!

Favorite Pads & Size on the BigFoot LHR 21 Mark II ?

Re: Favorite Pads & Size on the BigFoot LHR 21 Mark II ? I have read some comments online of UHS suggesting that the Rupes gray pad should be used with it. Do you use gray or yellow when you do your one step with UHS? Thanks!

    Touch up paint

I have dark metallic paint on a BMW and just used Dr. Colorchip for the first time on some curbing-induced, long scratches on the lower front bumper. I was impressed with the color match as well as the process. The paint came with an extra brush taped to a note that advised me that it was...

Recommendations for polishing in hot dry environment.

I'm in Scottsdale and deal with the same issues. I wash my car at the end of the day and put it in the garage overnight. I use HD Speed and use a spritz of pad conditioner after every couple of passes. I polish or wax a 2 or 3 foot section at a time and have not had any issues with the polish...
