    MFCS vs. Surbuf

Michael Stoops listed everything he thought was different/better about the MF pads. Let me see if I can find it.... Edit: Here it is http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/wet-sanding-cutting-buffing/32872-mf-pad-system-devil-s-advocate-thread-8.html You can find Mr. Stoops personal opinions on...

Palm Beach Motoring Continues Expanding in 2011

So is the autopia.org forum totally separate from the store? I'm slightly confused. Either way congrats to Autogeek on their ongoing world domination...er....I mean expansion! ;)

    1972 Challenger - Foam Pads - Meguiar's Microfiber Compound & Polish/Wax - Single Stage Black Paint

Cool, thats what I figured. I assumed with how good the rest of the car looked, the hood wouldn't actually be messed up. I'd love to see some more detailed pics of that beautiful ride if he brings it down to you!:props:

    1972 Challenger - Foam Pads - Meguiar's Microfiber Compound & Polish/Wax - Single Stage Black Paint

That Camaro looks SICK! Although is it just mee, or does the hood look like it doesn't quite fit right? Might just be because it's popped a little bit I guess. Either way, that car lookes awesome!

All detailing business need to be on the internet.

I personally hate having a website, but you kinda have to. over 90% of my business is from word of mouth. The only calls I get from my website are either scam calls or people price shopping. The only reason I have a website is so people can look at pictures of pretty cars. Other than that is...

Removing hairline scratches from simulated wood

no way! lol. I cant imagine the mess/damage using a da on the interior would cause. I've polished door jams, but that is as close to the interior as any of my machines have ever seen. You should have no problem removing the scratches by hand.

    1972 Challenger - Foam Pads - Meguiar's Microfiber Compound & Polish/Wax - Single Stage Black Paint

I am looking forward to the compound so I can have something in between 105 and 205. M105 can just be overkill for some projects and SIP can be a pain to deal with sometimes. As for the polish wax, I really don't feel I have a use for it since I wipe down with IPA after every correction step...

    SmartWax anyone? Prima-Epic

I haven't tried smart wax, but IMO you can't go wrong with anything from Prima. Epic is great and so is Banana Gloss. I'm also a huge fan of their spray wax Hydro and glaze Amigo. Great line of products there! i wish AG would carry them.

    1972 Challenger - Foam Pads - Meguiar's Microfiber Compound & Polish/Wax - Single Stage Black Paint

Vehicle looks awesome! Glad to see that you are playing with the compounds seperate from the pads. If there is any part of this kit that I will pick up with will be the compound. good work.

    Sully's Detailing: Headlight Restoration

I clear coat the lamps after I finish correcting them too. It is a lot easier to sell a service to someone if you can guarantee it for 2 years. I have used UV curable sealers as well as the home made sealer that is talked about a lot on here. Recently I have stuck with the UV curable stuff...

Removing hairline scratches from simulated wood

Good idea, especially with po85 since it's purple and the interior on that car is very light! I agree with the different pads, but I would think the polishing pal is just too big for most interior surfaces like this.

    Drywash - A day in the life of B & B Tennessee

Glad to see your are staying busy! FWIW I think you can talk about other products on this forum, you just can't link to other vendors, but don't quote me on that, I'm not 100% sure.

starts shipping Meg's DA MF system this Tuesday, what about AG????

Re: Detailed Image starts shipping Meg's DA MF system this Tuesday, what about AG???? AG doesn't guilt their customers. This all stems fro Joe trying to guilt Mark or anyone else into buying from AG based soley on his "Marine loyalty" Thats where the problem lies. Again, I'm not saying...

Removing hairline scratches from simulated wood

Start with 85 and if that doesn't work 205 should be fine. I don't know what kit that is, but if you already have those polishes there is no need to buy another product. Sent from my DROID2 using Tapatalk
