Thanks for the response. Facebook has been great. Its the Google reviews that are the issue. At least on Facebook I can hide their scathing reviews but on Google I cannot. They seem to have gone silent and I am focused on the future! Thanks again everyone for your input!

Thanks for the response Tony. I have reported them to Google but unfortunately it did not let me give a reason other than that it was "inappropriate". I am trying to get customers to leave reviews for the business but so far they are hesitating because of having to create an account to do so...
