Using Rich's technique, my bumper came out great, I built up the paint so it was a little above the gouge, let it harden for 24 hours. Then I wet sanded, buffed out with some Meguires compund then used Wolfgang glaze and then Liquid Glass as my sealer here is the finished results, I am sure that...
I have a tube of premixed bondo, that maybe , I should have used 1st, these scratches/ divits are a little deeper than I thought..so I figured that it I can build the paint up even or slightly above the original paint then I can sand it and buff it out/ rich's method, I took the tape off late...
Rsurfer, that must be the reflection from the camera, I put tape around the scratches so the paint would not run and stay in the divit of the scratch and I be able to level it off by filling the divit with paint.

Here is the progress that I have made so far using rich's technique.
I cut painters tape to go around the scratches and fill the scratches with the paint, I have done several coats today and then I'll let them dry 24 hours and do a wetsand and buff..so far things look to be going well..thanks...
I started using Rich's method / the link posted it looks much better, tomorrow I wetsand once the touchup paint is dry if it comes out good I'll post pics, otherwise I will have it repaired, I guess I am anal like that.

I live in Mass, yes my finger nail can go into the scratches, I tried a2000 grit wet sand and some 3m buffing compund with my porter cable 7424XP it improved a litte bit and this picture was taken after the wet sand and buff, I am thinking that I may have to go to a bumper scuff repair place...
No they bumped my car and when I came out who ever did it was gone !!! So If I can't fix it there is a bumper scuff repair place down the street that I may have to bring it to

I've got 4 bolt & screw gouges in the rear plastic bumper cover fromsome one lightly bumping me & their license plate screws gouging out the plastic. They are deep enough where I can feel my fingernail get cought in the gouge. There are 4 like semi circles with the paint intact. Any one know How...
