Best Clay is chemical guys black Clay.Its labeled as aggressive but it doesn't tear up your paint.Ive used that Clay on over spray jobs when no other Clay or mitt and disc would work. Unfortunately autogeek no longer carries it.order through chemical guys.
As a professional doing this for 20 plus years I've used a lot of products.I tried it and wasn't floored.If you're looking for a spray wax consider sonax brilliant shine.There all relatively the same but you may come across a product with a different twist in the formulation.
Soften with lacquer thinner then use your finger nail.make sure the paint is not single stage.If so don't use lacquer.Maybe a whole lot of patience with a plastic blade or blast them off with a pressure washer.
