this is right. i work for UPS and know when some things are shipped they will cost more if it is considered an ORM-D (other regulated material) these are things that have to be handled a little different then normal packages because whats in them. i know even things like nail polish/remover...

to clean the wheels i like to use DP gel wheel cleaner, and than coat with some DP wheel glaze. i have found the wheel glaze makes cleaning the next time a lot quicker and easy.

+1 and i dont know how the 3" will work with the bigger sized pads. i know there is more to a random orbital than just wattage , but the 3" has only 240w vs 850 with the 6". And i think you might bog it down with a larger pad size. but have not used the 3" so i can not say for sure.
