Check out the new McKees n914 rinseless wash. It leaves nothing behind so your coating will remain untouched but be squeaky clean. Rinseless is awesome for your situation. Buy some distilled water from the store as well and you will be happy.

No the long throw machines use a 5 or 6 size bp. Due to the increased throw etc it wouldn't be recommended to attempt such a thing. The rules mini is a 3in unit with a sizable 12mm of throw however. Griots makes a 3in polisher but the throw is 8mm and lacks the power of the rupes

Got a few more photos with some better quality. Overall it came out as good as one could expect. Them swirls are history and the oxidation is non existent anymore. Some good before and after photos for the book to show one can truly polish a turd.

I will post some shots of the hood in the sun if it shows up finally. I am not sure I will polish the entire car as it just gets me from work and back. Maybe if I stay bored I will slowly work my way around it one day
