Products management and prefer spray bottles 2015

ONR or a QD in a 4 oz bottle and 2 MF towels. 1 for paint 1 for everything else. Keep it simple and keep them in a ziplock bag. Road trips are a different story, depends on where I'm going, how long and what I'm doing.

When is it safe to bring your chemicals out from storage from the winter?

I'd wait till temps are above freezing over night at the earliest. I'd keep as many as you can inside year round. Especially the ones not used often; compounds, polishes, sealants, coatings, expensive waxes... I'd see no problem having the soaps, APCs, dressings and spray waxes outside.

    Incredibly Cheap Finds

Sheeting is part of my drying process, so I was interested after your review. Thanks BTW. Have you layered the wax over the sealant yet?

Road trip in April - What detailing essentials should I bring?

I'd bring an interior cleaner for any accidents. You'll pass me on 75 as you go past 59!

    What did I do Wrong?

I'd try a polish before you go more aggressive.

    Headlight restoration methods

For longevity... Clear coat > coating > sealant (don't waste your time with a traditional wax) Are you using a machine to compound/polish? If not, you shouldn't skip the compound step. Save your arm.

    Wetest looking tire wet?

Lots of layers of TW tire coating would last a while. Not sure how "wet" you could get it though.

For $5 it can't be too bad. Will probably go on the wife's car, lol.

    storage cabinet

I have 2 shelves for products, one for paint and another for everything else In the house. They should be kept at room temperature. MFs and pads go in an air tight storage bin. Should be kept this IMO. Polishers in my tool chest drawer.

It's an AIO for light colored cars. It has more cleaners in it vs the black wax. The black wax has more polish in it.

    Incredibly Cheap Finds

Kmart must be doing this to all kits. IMO I'd wait, they'll drop the price like they did on the Ultimate Kit. 14 will turn into 9, 9 into 5.

Product Review: PBL Wheel Coating w/ 6month update

Great review Mike! How much salt gets put down over there? Wonder how that would effect the coating.

    Black Clay

I agree completely. The only thing I can think of, is maybe the manufacturer is assuming your going to polish afterwards, as with an aggressive clay, your much more likely to mar the paint. And this "black" version is a way of getting things done faster (in situations you need clay and can't...

A question for the military folks

I'd contact nick, or anyone AG for that matter, they price match!

How often do you clean your tires?

This is what I do for my vehicle. The TW coating just needs to wiped down. Otherwise, I only scrub them when I have the time, i.e. doing the 2BM. But for rinseless washes, they just get the same treatment as the paint. I don't drive on any dirt roads and avoid every puddle I can, so they don't...

    Wheel soap

ANYTHING I use for Paint, doesn't get used for anything else but. Much less chance of cross contamination.

    Wheel soap

I haven't, as I was looking for an iron dissolving wheel cleaner, Diablo isn't one, is it? IMO the iron dissolving ones will do the best job on neglected rims. I have Iron-x, but at it's price, I like to use it just for paint. Someone mentioned somewhere on here they used these wheel cleaners on...
