Sounds like a good schedule to me. In the past I have used a spray wax every other wash. A sealant every 3 months or so. This spring i'll start exploring coatings in the hopes of stretching all that out.

Welcome! Being newer myself I do recommend the system approach to start. It makes it simple when you find a great line of product that works for you. McKee's 37 seems to fit the bill. I've wandered into a few different product lines but sometimes find my self spending too much on duplicate...

Also curious to know others thoughts. Although i've already purchased one and it's waiting patiently for things to warm up to use. I figure at worst case I have a great window polisher / paste wax applicator.

Depends on what i'm doing but my current go to until i'm out is Chemical Guys V7 soap. It's extremely slick. I'll admit I have a ton of their other soaps as I was a CG purist until I found this forum after a bad customer service situation.

My thoughts are a bit different. I pre-rinse with a power washer, foam, then hand wash with a two bucket method. The idea is the foam helps loosen, or break down, some of the dirt on the car. There was a user that posted some video reviews on different soaps in his foam cannon. The after...

While i'm new at this myself I believe it has more to do with the GSM count as opposed to the specific blend. The higher the GSM the "softer" the towel. Someone please feel free to correct me if i'm wrong.
