Ditto that "inyadreems"..as far as if they wash it..they can keep it.." Boars hair brushes are only as good as the person using them.

    Flex pe-14 broke!!!

aerogt01 has it right. It is a design feature in that will act like a "shear" pin would to not implode and cause a catastrophic failure of your flex. It is well thought out..and I think it is just a design feature that unfortunately happened when the lock jammed.

Durability layer under Souveran or Fuzion?

Klasse High Gloss Sealant works great for me. It is an extra layer of protection (synthetic) that you put on after you wash/clay and before you put on your wax of choice. It gives me at least 6 months extra protection that works with my top layer of wax and looks good as well.

How do you shorten your clay time?

Claying will always take time. I find that you can save a little time right after you wash a car...leave it a little wet and clay it then....saves on drying time.

    Additives

my 2 cents...while additives do usually deliver the advertised results..I have been told by a good friend and GREAT mechanic that all additives are very hard on seals. I guess it just depends on risk/reward.

1994 Porsche Detailed for Operation Comfort Modeled by Brittany

Nice car...can anyone chime in...does AUTOGEEK.NET sell the wheel covers pictured and are the water resistant? My biggest pet peeve is doing the tires/wheels first only to have then get wet/spotted during the car washing process. Tnx in advance.

The Autogeek Bucket, An In-House Design

Truth be known...everything sold has a markup.otherwise..you are just giving it away. While some things are more easily "justify-able" as far as cost...the bottom line is not how much you spent on something, but rather how much is it worth to YOU. We all have a choice on where/what to buy..and I...
