Dwayne @ Autogeek will be missed!

in protest..I am NOT washing my car...or myself for that matter till he comes back!!! Dwayne is what made it a pleasant experience and I ALWAYS had genuine help from him..which is a rarity these days. He will be missed and I wish him the best..as he was the best to me.

    Dakoda Odor Bombs?

I just use them in "spirtz"...I will spot spray under the floor mats front/back, spray on headliner front/back..close the doors continue washing car or whatever...leave windows up..and check it in a few hours. If you need, repeat as you prefer. They do work. I prefer the new car scent.

    Why I chose AG

As companies go..this one is the best! I have said it before and I will always say it..this is a company that is top notch from the top to the bottom. Simply put...Autogeek is #1 to me because they make me #1 to them! All companies should be so lucky as to have that many customers singing their...

TLC Auto Detail:Wolfgang Exterior Trim Sealant vs. Ultima Tire and Trim Guard

Re: TLC Auto Detail:Wolfgang Exterior Trim Sealant vs. Ultima Tire and Trim Gaurd Great work..as you said they are both quality products..you cant go wrong with either. The Wolfgang products are well researched and developed..other than the price of the UTTG that to me is the only difference...

Best way to get EVERY missed spot on wax/sealant

I had the same problem...usually when I used a sealer, wax, or even a spray on wax. What I did was use a small spray bottle of distilled water and spray a bit on a good MF towel (just to make it damp) and I used it throughout the process of removing whatever it was I was working with. In my...

I hope someone can help and give advice

Wow..Cane..you don't mess around! Impressive Car+impressive list=(WINNER)! It only seems an expense at first..but nothing beats a great bunch of "go to" products. You will see that consistent results is what you are striving for. I might suggest one other item to add to your list..the Metro Vac...

I hope someone can help and give advice

Killer car! that thing would look good even full of mud! I think Bobby is dead on with his products..and the one thing I would emphasize is the "sealant" step (which to me is often overlooked)..it will give you a layer of protection between your paint and top coat of wax..and most usually last...

    Boat detailing?

Mark, my friend John (perfections) is dead right as far as his info. He does great work...

    Metro Blaster SideKick review

Bobby glad you reviewed this little gem. I bought one as well..and while you can dry a complete car it is not really meant for that IMO. By that I mean it will do great on engines, door jambs, wheels, mirrors, windshield cowling areas..but the bigger metro vacs are for the cars. I love this lil...

    Cigarette Smell????

keep it simple..Dakota Odor Bombs (sold thru AG) are easy and effective. They come in several scents and while you may have to do a few applications..they work well. About 8 bucks a can and you can do many applications. I spray the carpet/under the car mats/headliner and then close it up..check...

    Sticky steering wheel

I have used hand cleaner..(Gojo..with lanolin..no pumice!) and it cut thru the grease fine. It is water based so it (to me) is safe..just have to dry it well after the fact to take the "slickness" off the surface.

Help me convince myself to buy a DA

No doubt that a DA is the way to go..but there is alot that can be done with these machines (ie..polishing, applying a sealant, waxing..etc) and they not only save time/elbow grease but they are efficient and do a great job of applying products more evenly. My choice is a Griots for the work you...

    Help! OPC stained my leather!

when I have seen that kind of streaking it is simply because the product ran down the vertical surface..caused by direct spraying...I ALWAYS use a other media (sponge, mf towel, mf applicator pad..etc) in order to apply the product EVENLY. It usually applies to any and all cleaners.
