I recently purchased cg citrus wash and gloss.. I've heard good things about it so we'll see.

I just started and it's already so addicting! I seriously cannot stop researching and reading on products/techniques/tips/tricks etc.

I am in a very similar situation as you Jay. Collinite Super DoubleCoat Auto Wax #476 says it's a wax that acts as a sealant... so I don't understand how it's better then an actual paint sealant, say CG Jet Seal 109?

DAT and SMAT technologies only concern compound/polish products? Does every bottle say which technology it uses? I am looking at my Meguiar's Ultimate Compound and on the back it says ''exclusive micro-abrasive technology'' So I am guessing that is SMAT?

Just came back to this thread and read this comment. I will be using Megs Ultimate Compound and Megs Ultimate Polish.. so you say these are SMAT products, so it would be better to use LC CCS pads? Too many pads haha

Sorry to bump an older thread.. but a question to all who have modded ANY DA Polisher to extend the cord. What is an advantage of permanently attaching a longer cord versus using a quality extension cord each time? Is it not safe to use an extension cord to plug the DA Polisher into then plug...

Take his advice. 5 inch back plate with 5.5 inch pads. Same thing I am doing. Along with LC flat pads.

There's a lot of brand new 13-14 cars you can purchase for 17k. You might of already answered this, but why do you prefer such small cars?
