    Wow, 1400psi? That is pretty low pressure for a pressure washer. I agree that there must have been a chip in the clear coat somewhere. To me though, 1400psi at about a foot away shouldn't cause ANY damage. I would be very interested in seeing some photos; can you post some?

    Are you positive that you didn't blast away parts of a clear bra that may have been installed? The reason I asked is because I worked on 4 BMW's this week and each had a clear bra on the front. How powerful is your pressure washer? More than 2700psi? If it is in fact clear that is missing...

    I did a full correction on a 2013 Mercedes C250 today and topped her with Wolfgang Fuzion Estate Wax. This stuff is unreal; by far one of the most impressive products I've used. It deepens and shines the paint like you wouldn't believe. Sorry for the sideways pic...I'm feeling lazy tonight!

    I have only used Pinnacle Souveran Spray Wax and I must say it is one of my favorite products; however, I have used several products in the XMT line and they too are impressive. I think you will achieve the results you're looking for with either one.

    Unfortunately, I think the damage is beyond repairable... I'm sorry that happened; it really sucks but at least you'll learn from the mistake. Get these next time: Wheel Woolies Car Detailing Brushes They are super soft and do an amazing job on even the toughest of filthy wheels.

    Logistical Question...

    You clean the tires and wheels first because if you cleaned the paint first, you'd get water spots on the paint because the water would dry as you're washing the tires. Make sense? You don't apply the tire dressing until you've washed the tires and the paint dried everything.
