Tornado Red is such an awesome color...when it's swirl-free. My 2003 Jetta GLI is a pain to keep clean. Excellent job on the turnaround - the 50/50s are amazing!

First off, you sound about the same level as I am - I'm not a pro, I work from my garage and I've detailed many cars, some such as BMW M3s and M5s, Audi S4s, etc. I wouldn't even consider touching the cars you have lined up. I would be more than willing to get behind the wheel on the track...

I've not used RaggTop, but I do have experience with 303 and I was amazed at how much dirt it was able to remove. I think that essentially, you're comparing two very good products. Good luck with your detail - convertibles are fun because the polish and LSP processes seem to go so quickly!

I have similar "matte" leather in my 2003 Jetta GLI. I use DP Interior Cleaner to clean the leather and Griot's Leather Lotion. It retains the matte look quite well (and smells great, too!). As always, make sure the leather is very warm when you do the cleaning/lotion process.

I use Souveran paste on my Tornado Red Jetta. It practically glows in the dark. I've used Souveran liquid on several cars of various colors, and they all looked stunning afterwards.

There is a guy in my neighborhood that has two of them. And he is always detailing them on some level - washing, vacuuming, etc. The one looks exactly like the one above - it looks brand new. :xyxthumbs:
