    Engine degreaser caused this

Wow, good thing you posted it. I have been using this at FS exclusively on my tires and a bit on the wheel well/underbody with great results. Not anywhere else but it seems it's good that I haven't ventured elsewhere.

    Help! MF pads, definitive guide?

Not posting this and toting it as a definitive guide, but asking if there is one on AG? I have used the search function on here with too much of a broad finding. I punched it into google and found a good amount of articles on separate topics on the sister forum. Being that I am far more active...

    Daytona Speed Master brush

:iagree: Twisting did little to reduce spray back. I kinda want to get rid of mines to fund for the wheel woolies.

    Question: Chrome/faux-chrome?

Thank you sir. I don't know why I didn't even think of using a magnet haha. And scuffed meaning scratches and what not. Flitz is GREAT. I've used it for some mag wheels and it's shiny like mirror.

    Question: Chrome/faux-chrome?

Two questions: 1) How can you tell if a trim piece is plastic-chrome or real metal-chrome? I mean is there a real method other than tapping it to see what noise it makes? Haha 2) For plastic-chrome, when it's scuffed up, how do you clean it? Regular polish? Thanks in advance :)

Grit Guards & Lowes' 5 gallon buckets

To be fair, they're loose on the buckets AGO provides too. I have a grey Lowe's and it fits snug about 2/3 down and I like it that way.

**Random photos of anything... (that YOU have taken)**

Post it up! Had a Glock 34, and M&P9L. I personally liked the M&P feel but I liked the trigger on the 34. I will, however, always keep my baby: CZ SP-01 Tactical The other joys (only one I still keep is the wife's CZ Kadet, .22LR):

    Nanoskin Autoscrub Speedy Prep Sponge

A huge fan of your videos! Thanks for your review of this. I had no idea something like this was out and it will DEFINITELY be on my next order :) I do have a quick question (if anyone could answer for me), how often do you rinse the skin? After each section? And is it in just a water/soap...

    The detailing crimes you've committed!!!

Hmm.... -using a wheel well brush for the entire car -not using soap -using one of those synthetic absorbers, even when dirty -using klasse aio like a wax (well, not knowing the difference between a polish and wax as well)

New guy here wanting some advice!

As a weekend warrior, you a great list to start. As others mentioned, grit guard and clay + qd (which you've added to your list). Microfiber is definitely something you should upgrade as well as quality (not horribly priced) MF will go a long way. I also would suggest getting 2-3 waffle weave...
