What would this product be labeled as? Is it a type of finishing polish? I was cleaning out some tubs at my parents house and I found it.

What causes a pad to concave?

That's an excellent suggestion! I didn't want to just throw it away, thanks! I didn't think of that.

What causes a pad to concave?

Thanks for the tip, how many sections do you think is safe? I did a total of 4 with slow arm speed, speed 5-5.5 with 6 passes in each section. So maybe cut down to two and switch or just keep an eye on the pads I'm thinking.

What causes a pad to concave?

It sure was a GG6. Speed was 5-5.5 with steady decent amount of downward force. Temp was low 80's and in the garage. I got great results, at the expense of the pad. I was only working on the trunk (doing the car piece by piece) so I thought I'd be okay with one pad. Thanks for the informative...

What causes a pad to concave?

I was using an orange lc pad with Wolfgang über compound. I used a spritz if blackfire pad lubricant before each section pad along with three small drops of compound. I did 3 sections with six passes each and the pad started to concave. What causes this and is there anything I can do to...

how'd i do? and questions advice please

I had a pad rip like that the first time I used m105. I believe it got too hot, overuse. Be sure you have at a minimum 3-4 pads to switch between and make sure you clean them.

    Review: Wolfgang Uber Compound

The after with the tape line is just with the Uber Compound, the other after is with both Compound and Glaze. I did have one spot that appeared to be micro-marred. But that may have been how I turned the machine off after using the compound. The finishing glaze took it out and finished...

    Review: Wolfgang Uber Compound

Not to thread jack, but I didn't want to start a new thread. I ordered the new uber compound and had a chance to do a test spot. (Disclaimer- my only previous experience is with M105/M205, and Megs Ult Comp/Polish). To me the uber compound was much easier to work with and I got faster...

    Hi from Garner NC

Welcome to Autogeek! I've read many reviews recommending the Leatherique system. Put Leatherique in the search bar and I'm confident you'll find lots of information on it. Edit: Also, I think it will depend on if your leather is coated or not as to what products you use. I'm sure others...

I like to keep mine as well as the wife's as clean as possible. Paint wise I'd say 85%. Interior I keep as spotless as possible. A clean interior just makes traveling better IMO.
