Dust, missed spots, a microfiber than has picked something up you name it the possibilities are there. There's was to mitigate these possibilities but they are still factors
I think my issue is I try to do too much at once yes I use warm water and keep the product warm but I try to do my whole truck at once and then dry which leads to the excess water freezing on the first surfaces I washed. Maybe I will try and panel by panel approach
I can say for a fact that on a coated surface a towel still has the potential to install swirls. The swirls will be in the coating instead of the clear coat which is an important distinction
I'm sure they meant celcius. The product freezes below 32 degrees like most I have personally experienced this so it's not possible for the melting point to be below the freezing point haah
I had a coating previously on them and the tires called black pearl and I'm used a tire brush on them and scratched and partially removed the coating. I live in NJ so i may have to wait for a warm day or borrow a heater from a friend
All sounds like good advice. To the OP, I used a da with pressure and I was happy with my results so I'm sure the results you will get with the proper tools and techniques will be even better!
I used it two ways. 1st way was to spray on the applicator then apply onto paint. Which was tricky and felt grabby and took a long time. 2nd way was spray product directly onto panel and buff off with slighlty damp microfiber. I mean like misted with water that's how damp I mean. The second way...
