I went Nikon because I had one before and enjoyed it, also both of my parents are pro photographers and shoot nikon, so there are tons of lenses around. I've always liked the older SS, they look great and can really get up and go! You have yourself a gem there.

I really like taking photos at a real big F opening like 1.8.

I LOVE the lens, I wish I could have it as my regular walk around lens but just doesn't have the range I need. Both of my parents were pro photographers so I decided it was time to step up my camera (still learning). I really enjoy how clean the photos are even at a high ISO, amazing stuff!

Dodo Supernatural Wolfgang Fuzion Collinite 476 Any other Dodo wax. This thread makes me realize I'm not a huge fan of paste waxes at the moment.

I've tried quite a few, they are very similar to me. I'd take glossworkz and wash and clear over most of the other ones.
