    Dirtiest interior ever! No really...

WOW! Great job! It looks like new. What type of extractor do you use? Do you take seats out often? What about on cars with airbags in the seats? I love the idea of getting under the seats to clean but the airbags scare me.

i think my brand new car was repainted at the factory

My 2011 Malibu is a silver metallic, and the "tiger stripe" effect is apparent on my car. When looked at from an angle, I believe I can see every vertical stripe the paint sprayers made.

Thanks for the all the information. Reading about Alex's process helped a lot. I should have mentioned my boss is taking full financial responsibility and even brought up replacing the mangled license plate. The dealership does all the painting and bodywork in house. They even have an oven to...

Here is another picture I took it in to get an estimate this morning at the dealer. Came back at $1200 if they repair the front fender, and $1700 if they replace. They want to repair the fender rather than replace to keep the paint better matched. I'm worried the spider cracks may get worse...

My car was parked and my boss backed into it with his truck. He was going less than 5mph but his receiver hitch did some damage to my grill. Luckily, there was no ball in the hitch so it only hit the bumper, and if the receiver wouldn't have been there I think the trucks bumper would have gone...

    stick shift vs. paddle shifters

I would have to go paddle shifters. -dual clutch automatics are faster than a traditional manual. -never miss a shift -many paddle shifter cars automatically "blip" for a perfect shift -never take your hands of the wheel And finally F1 cars use paddle shifters.

    2007 Lincoln MKZ

I completely agree. This was the first car we've washed and were planning on using wolfgang trim sealant on the tires, but it didn't seem to do much. We washed the wheel wells but I didn't even think of treating them, thanks for the tip.

    Any cyclist here?

No love for quality American made bikes or local business? The best bike components in the world won't do you any good unless they are properly adjusted, and you'll never enjoy riding a bike that doesn't work properly or fit you.
